I have a shelf in my cupboard that houses my jewelry and so on, that I have also decorated with all sorts of things that remind me to be happy. It may sound odd, but it saves me on days like today.
This is my favourite corner of this area with my Wacken wristband and the ticket stubs from when we saw Ensiferum live in SA.
That was the definite moment that really catapulted my feelings for Folk/Viking/Battle Metal, and Ensiferum in particular. It was also the moment that caused the Wacken trip.
Happy place. Yes, damnit, we will think happy thoughts now.
