Cocoa for a chocolate cake.
This is, it would seem, the closest I can get to chocolate these days without exploding. Commercial milk chocolate simply kills my respiratory system, as does cheese. Seems my body is forcing the vegan step on me.
For someone who has lived on cheese and chocolate for so long, it is a very hard bullet to swallow, but I will soldier on and find replacements, like cashew cheese and tofu chocolate brownies. I will link to the recipes when I make them, so... Watch this space :)
