After a flash of brilliance last night I wrote a quick one paragraph synopsis for my NaNo novel, which will also be the second book in the Young Gods series.
I do get a little worried when I see how much work others do as prep for NaNo, and wonder if I need to investigate this preparation thing. But I managed to wing it last year, and created (in my humble opinion) a fairly good first draft without all that preparation last year, and thought I would stick to something that works
My idea of preparing for NaNoWriMo includes the following:
- check chocolate supply
- compile music for writing
- cancel all social engagements for November
- make sure I have a large enough mailbox to collect all my unread mail
Am I missing anything?
