This week, very little happened. I suspect very little will continue to happen right throughout the week-end. I am busy on two short stories at the moment while actively avoiding The Novel (TN). I keep telling myself that this will be the week I return to the TN, but I simply don’t think I am quite ready for it yet. There isn’t that much left to do on it, but I know that, should my mind and heart agree on its status, it will be time to start sending off those letters…
And November is rapidly approaching.

Isn't it interesting how short stories come up when you should be working on THE novel.
Ahh, and November. It looms, doesn't it. The novel must be done by then because the memoir is screaming at me to just start already.
